Sneak Peek: Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan visit London for Gori Tere Pyaar Mein

Today i had the unique opportunity to interview Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan ahead of their release of 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein'. They were both lovely and despite having a long day of interviews, happy to speak to me and talk about their upcoming film.

Fashion News: Blake Lively for L'Oreal Paris

I just had to express my excitement over this, how amazing does Blake Lively look. She has just been announced as the face of L'Oreal Paris and i cannot think of a better role model. She is hugely successful and really has been unapologetic about being who she is. I still remember seeing her in the Sisterhood of Travelling Pants, yes i did watch that film, and being totally enthralled by her. Blake is not a size zero and she doesn't choose to become ultra skinny for the sake of getting roles either. Hurrah L'Oreal Paris, this is a real coup!

Sneak Peek: Kareena Kapoor Khan gets honoured at the House of Commons

As part of my role at BizAsia, i had the opportunity to go and see Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan get an award at the Houses of Commons. She is absolutely beautiful and it is clear to see why so many are enchanted by her. She came across as friendly and rather self deprecating, refreshing from an actress of her standing. Check out BizAsia's sneak peek into the event here: http://www.media247.co.uk/showbiz/sneak-peek-kareena-kapoor-khan-gets-honoured-at-the-house-of-commons

Memories: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

I still remember the first time i ever watched 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'. It was in India and i was sitting in sweltering hot cinema, sticking to the rickety leather seats and though on any other day, this would have made me so frustrated, i was totally enchanted by what i was watching. I was heavily infatuated with Shah Rukh Khan at the time, so that would have something to do with it but this film really made me fall in love with the characters and the storyline. The songs, the dialogues and every tear jerking moment was engraved in my mind from the first viewing and i can still watch it back to this day and be just as emotionally involved.

I don't know what it was about the film but it touched many hearts around the world. Karan Johar truly created a masterpiece with this film, one that lives on to this day. Check out my article i did on this film for BizAsia: http://www.media247.co.uk/showbiz/15-years-ago-today-revisiting-kuch-kuch-hota-hai

In the meantime, i am heading off to watch this film for more than thousandth time and fall in love with it all over again!

Movie review: Besharam

As much as i love my Ranbir Kapoor films, i was rather disappointed with 'Besharam'. Check out my review for BizAsia here: http://www.media247.co.uk/showbiz/movie-review-besharam
